This one-year term position is vital to the operational success of the Department of Oncology at the University of Alberta. You will lead the management of the department’s website and contact lists, while developing strategies to engage stakeholders effectively. Additionally, you will oversee event planning, ensuring smooth logistical execution of seminars, workshops, and guest speaker visits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the maintenance of internal communication platforms
• Develop and implement engagement strategies for stakeholders




• Coordinate departmental events and guest speaker engagements
• Provide administrative support to the Office of the Chair
• Assist with financial tracking and organizational tasks
Requirements:
