or equivalent experience in electrical engineeringProficiency in Altium Designer (or similar) for schematic capture and PCB layoutStrong background in power integrity, signal integrity, fault tolerance, and EMCExperience with embedded systems, sensors, serial communication, analog/digital designTrack record bringing hardware to market, including compliance testingComfortable with DMM, oscilloscope, function generator, DC power supplyFamiliarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)Nice to HaveBackground in optics, robotics, or medical devicesExperience with rigid/flex PCA systems and agile cabling (clock spring, FFCs, slip rings)Brushless DC motor system architectureExpertise in fail-safe design and isolation diagramsCompensation & Location$140,000 to $170,000 annually, based on experience.
