This role is ideal for a motivated lawyer with 1–5 years of call experience who is looking to build expertise in complex litigation matters. You will work on a diverse range of files, including product liability (including class actions), tort, insurance, construction, and regulatory matters involving sectors such as transportation, consumer products, agriproducts, medical/drugs, and technical safety.The successful candidate will demonstrate strong legal drafting and analytical skills, superior judgment, and the ability to manage complex files independently. You should be service-oriented, responsive, organized, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.Responsibilities- Manage and conduct litigation files across product liability, insurance, construction, and regulatory matters.- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions,
