Enhance the safety and skills of SSR Mining's maintenance team as an In office Maintenance Trainer. This role involves field training, developing SOPs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

As part of the Seabee Gold Operation, you will report to the Supervisor, Maintenance, focusing on hands-on training and documentation accuracy. The role requires expertise in mechanical repairs and maintenance. You will work closely with team members, implementing training programs and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct field training for new hires effectively • Develop and update maintenance SOPs and training programs • Ensure safety compliance during all training sessions • Maintain accurate training records of maintenance staff • Coordinate vendor-specific training and safety programs

Requirements: • 5 years of mine maintenance experience required • Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright Ticket needed • Excellent leadership and organizational skills • Strong communication skills with diverse teams • Capability to work independently in a challenging environment
