Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and finalize lease agreements and amendments
• Market available retail opportunities extensively
• Liaise with stakeholders regarding tenant and property needs




• Support leasing strategy development for recent buildings
• Monitor leasing pipeline and transaction updates
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in commercial leasing, retail focus is an asset
• Proficient in negotiating lease transactions
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Relevant post-secondary qualification is preferred
