Support workplace safety as an Occupational Testing Collector with ECMM in Dartmouth, NS. Provide essential drug and alcohol testing while ensuring a positive experience for clients.
In this full time role, you will be a crucial part of ECMM’s Collection Services Team, which prioritizes customer care and operational integrity. Your responsibilities include conducting testing and supporting additional occupational health assessments. You will work both in-office and on our mobile unit, helping foster a culture of safety and respect for all clients throughout the testing process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute drug and alcohol testing accurately and efficiently
• Manage all related documentation and sample handling




• Engage in providing mobile testing services as needed
• Coordinate service bookings and track client results
• Facilitate positive interactions at the front desk
Requirements:
• High School Diploma is required
• Preferred certifications include Audiometric, Spirometry, or Phlebotomy
• Background in health-related customer service favored
• Valid driver's license required for travel
• Strong data entry and English skills necessary
