We are currently seeking a Commissionaire to join our growing team.This posting is for an existing vacancy.Your commitment to serving the needs of our clients and employees will encourage client and employee loyalty and enhance our organization's success.WHAT OUR EXCEPTIONAL COMMISSIONAIRES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Ensure access control policies and procedures are followed and client property is securedMonitor CCTV equipmentConflict resolutionFollow and uphold company policies during daily dutiesPrepares and conducts training for new hires and current staff including training on workplace searches and related safety and security topics.Maintain positive attitude and professional working relationships with employees, visitors and clientsMaintain high standards of personal appearance and deportmentRespond to alarms and utilization of alarm panelsSchedule guards and coordinate backfill coverage to ensure all shifts are fully staffedDocument Incidents - Ensure all incidents are properly documented and reported in a timely and accurate mannerCoordinating with Operations for any ad-hoc servicesMaintain effective communication via radio,
