This role will be critical in building an exceptional relationship with the client and serving as a key contact. We will rely on your expertise to optimize space, drive process improvements and manage complex relocations while providing financial oversight to this area.



You will provide a "boots on the ground" perspective to the the facilities management team and client for all move activities, and ensures quality service delivery and acts as an effective "change agent". This role requires being in office at the client's office (downtown) 5 days/week. What your day-to-day will look like: Occupancy Planning & Strategy Analyze client portfolio and identify space optimization opportunitiesDevelop and implement occupancy strategies with CRE LeadershipTrack headcount projections (1-3 year horizon) and forecast supply/capacityCreate Migration and Stack Plans; develop Regional Occupancy Plan of RecordManage space allocation per master plans for relocations, remodeling, and rental space movesConduct Site Audit Data reviews (seat assignments, occupancy, vacancy) with Facilities ManagementApply and educate stakeholders on space policies, standards, and protocolsMove Management & Project Administration Manage project staffing, scheduling, scope, and budgets; handle change orders proactivelyReview and approve timesheets, invoices, and project reports for client submissionFacilitate project kick-offs with internal staff and stakeholdersParticipate in quarterly budget reviews; maintain revenue statusacross multiple projectsDevelop quality plans for each
