Safran Landing Systems is a subsidiary of Safran Landing Systems, a global leader in aircraft landing and braking systems. The Mirabel plant is dedicated to the manufacturing of major landing gear components for Airbus A320, A330, and A350 models, as well as the Boeing 787. It features state-of-the-art equipment for machining, polishing, and special processes, including heat treatment, shot peening, and surface treatments. The supervisor is responsible for overseeing production activities to ensure team efficiency. Main responsibilities: Perform daily monitoring of operations on their shift to ensure teams meet targeted performance levels in terms of production plans, quality, EHS, etc. Coordinate the work of production teams on the floor Ensure compliance with productivity and yield objectives Monitor indicators (deadline compliance, scrap rates, machine downtime, etc.) When necessary, prioritize production progress tracking Ensure transition between the preceding and following shifts and reassign employees as needed Identify and anticipate problematic situations or areas for improvement and coordinate resources to ensure efficient production Guide, support, and supervise manufacturing employees (compliance with rules, communication, annual evaluation, approval of payable hours, etc.) Manage schedule changes, overtime, absences, etc. Support and participate in quality, continuous improvement, Health, Safety, and Workplace efforts (IGP, 5S, risk analysis) Foster the skills development of manufacturing employees,



including newcomers Lead and participate in daily production team follow-up meetings (QRQC, etc.) Schedule: Sunday from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM Monday to Wednesday from 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM You finish on Thursday morning at 7:00 AM.
