Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate interview schedules among candidates and hiring teams • Manage candidate communications for a positive recruitment experience • Support recruiters across the full recruitment lifecycle • Liaise with colleges for clinical placements • Maintain accurate data in Workday ATS

Requirements: • 1+ years in talent acquisition or HR administration • Experience in high-volume industries is a plus • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems • Post-secondary education in HR or related field • Robust organizational and multitasking skills
