About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for a Long-Term Care Home. The successful candidate will be a key member of the senior management team, providing overall leadership and strategic direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. Strong knowledge of long-term care legislation, regulatory compliance, and operational standards is essential. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in budget management, staff leadership in a unionized workplace, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. The Executive Director will also be responsible for ensuring the home operates in compliance with all relevant legislation and for leading initiatives in quality, risk, and safety management.
