Become a critical part of Rosehill Wine Cellars as our Shipping, Receiving & Delivery Coordinator. Manage incoming materials and coordinate shipments to ensure efficiency and accuracy in this hands-on role.
In this dynamic position, you'll oversee incoming materials, outgoing shipments, and maintain warehouse organization. The coordinator needs to manage inventory accuracy and assist with delivering custom wine cellars, cabinetry, and construction materials. Strong attention to detail, safety, and excellent customer service are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive materials, inspect for damage, and document discrepancies
• Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for delivery




• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
• Coordinate outbound shipments and scheduling
• Support delivery activities and ensure completion
Requirements:
• 2+ years of warehouse logistics or delivery coordination
• Valid G Class driver's license and clean record
• Licensed lift truck operation experience
• Solid attention to detail and time management
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
