As a Clerical Support Specialist, your administrative abilities will shine in providing support for both the Virtual MD and Outpatient COVID Treatment Programs. This position requires effective multitasking and problem-solving under pressure while collaborating with diverse teams. You will actively manage tasks that keep healthcare operations running smoothly, all while maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:



• Schedule appointments and maintain organized records • Manage virtual communication queues efficiently • Provide data entry and general administrative services • Collaborate with healthcare professionals effectively • Assist with tracking and reporting essential data

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of office experience required • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Familiarity with Connect Care and telehealth systems • Excellent typing ability at 45 WPM minimum • Experience in a call center setting within the last 5 years
