The Onsite Safety Lead will implement and improve health and safety performance for complex industrial construction projects. Candidates should have at least eight years of safety experience in industrial environments and a robust grasp of BC safety legislation. You will proactively identify hazards, coach teams, and monitor compliance to ensure worker safety and project success.

Key Responsibilities:



• Promote safety excellence across all site activities • Conduct site inspections and audits regularly • Facilitate worker orientations and safety meetings • Provide mentorship on safe work practices • Lead incident investigations and corrective actions

Requirements: • Minimum 8 years in industrial health and safety • Strong knowledge of BC safety legislation • Proven experience in conducting risk assessments • Excellent communication skills across all levels • Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety preferred
