This hands-on role involves supporting the daily functions of the Special Services to Children & Families team. You will coordinate referrals, manage caseloads, and facilitate program introductions to clients and their guardians. Additionally, your responsibilities will include coaching staff, training new hires, and assisting with budgeting and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of children's services
• Manage MCFD referrals and organize staff workloads
• Conduct case reviews and client introductions




• Facilitate staff training and volunteer onboarding
• Prepare and submit Service Level Reports to funders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in social services or similar
• At least one year of experience with children’s services
• Leadership experience in a non-profit workplace
• BC driver's license with Class 4 and reliable vehicle
• Emergency First Aid certification required
