As the Team Leader-Packaging, you will report directly to the Line Leader and have hands-on responsibilities overseeing the packaging line. You are tasked with leading and training a dedicated team while maintaining product quality. This role requires a minimum of 1-2 years in a manufacturing setting, ideally in food or bakery production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster teamwork through leadership and respect
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide feedback
• Train and mentor Team Members regularly
• Manage packaging machinery and materials efficiently
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing role
• Robust communication and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Physically fit to handle items up to 40 kg
• Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends
