We are seeking an experienced

Business Central Analyst

to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in

Business Central, Dynamics NAV, AL development, extensions, APIs, integrations, reporting, Azure DevOps, and SaaS environments . The successful resource will work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, optimization, upgrades, and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities

Business Central Development & Customization Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central applications and extensions using AL. Develop and deploy extensions using modern extension architecture and development best practices. Customize pages, reports, tables, code units, workflows, APIs, and other Business Central components. Support Business Central SaaS environments and deployment models. Integration & API Development Integrate Business Central with external systems and Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, Azure services, and Microsoft 365. Build and maintain REST APIs, web services, and data integration solutions. Work with API pages/queries, OData V4, JSON, XML, REST APIs, and OAuth 2.0/Microsoft Entra ID. Develop reliable integration frameworks aligned with technical and business requirements. Software Development Lifecycle Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, project teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshooting & System Optimization Troubleshoot and resolve Business Central application issues.



Identify and address performance bottlenecks. Conduct debugging, testing, performance optimization, and technical analysis. Ensure applications are reliable, scalable, and maintainable. Data Migration & Upgrades Support data migration activities from legacy ERP platforms and previous Dynamics versions. Assist with Business Central upgrades and migrations. Ensure data integrity and quality throughout migration and upgrade activities. Support multi-company and multi-tenant environments where required. Reporting & Documentation Develop Business Central reports and documents using RDLC and Word layouts. Maintain accurate technical documentation and development standards. Document application configurations, integrations, development processes, and technical solutions. DevOps & Deployment Utilize Git and Azure DevOps for source control and development management. Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and release management. Follow established version control, deployment, and development practices. Required Qualifications & Experience

Skill / Experience Minimum Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Required Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV development 3+ years Recent hands‑on Business Central and AL extension development Required AL programming language Strong proficiency Business Central SaaS environments Required Business Central architecture, configuration, and deployment models Required APIs, web services, JSON, XML, and integration frameworks Required REST APIs, API pages/queries, OData V4 Required OAuth 2.0 / Microsoft Entra ID Required Git and Azure DevOps source control practices Required SQL Server and database concepts Required Debugging, testing, and performance optimization Required CI/CD pipeline implementation Technical Skills

Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Experience with Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps. Experience developing cloud-based integrations. Knowledge of ERP business processes, including: Finance Procurement Inventory Supply Chain Operations MB-820 Business Central Developer Associate certification. Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Azure. Nice-to-Have Skills

Business Central upgrades and migrations. Multi-company or multi-tenant Business Central deployments. Agile/Scrum delivery experience. Experience working with complex ERP implementations and integrations. Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Commitment to delivering high‑quality technical solutions. Background Check Requirement

will be required at the successful Service Provider's expense before the resource begins onsite or remote work. Maintaining a clean status is required throughout the contract. Depending on project requirements and the confidentiality of information involved, an

may also be required. Any required remediation associated with a failed check will be the responsibility of the proponent at their own cost and time. Engagement Details

The engagement may be for a period of

up to 24 months . The anticipated structure consists of a

6-month initial term followed by up to 18 months of renewal(s) . The final term structure will be determined as part of contract/SOW negotiations. Exceptional circumstances may result in the engagement being extended beyond 24 months. Mandatory Submission Requirements
