Key Responsibilities: • Lead Loss Prevention Programs across assigned stores • Analyze reports to detect irregularities in cash handling • Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members • Execute quarterly shoplifting blitz initiatives • Oversee inventory preparations in high shrink stores

Requirements: • At least 2 years of retail Loss Prevention experience • Solid communication and leadership skills • Must be flexible and adaptable to learning needs • High School diploma or equivalent required • Willingness to travel within the district
