Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct housing assessments and manage case services
• Facilitate long-term housing success for users
• Ensure the safety of residents through inspections




• Maintain confidentiality and respect user privacy
• Follow health and safety regulations in service delivery
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Services or a related area
• At least 1 year of relevant community outreach experience
• Familiarity with family issues, including poverty and violence
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Certification in CPR or willingness to obtain
