Dilawri Auto Group is currently seeking to hire a Receptionist to work at our following dealership:Hunt Club CampusWe are looking to find an excellent communicator, who is welcoming to customers and clients, with the ability to support our dealership's high volume of incoming calls.Duties & ResponsibilitiesGreet customersReceive all incoming calls for our Hunt Club Campus – answering, transfers, messages, and offering assistance from a multi-phone line systemStocking in all current and used cars as well as licensing.Complete all dealer trade dutiesReceive payment for customers purchasing vehicles, or paying for service billComplete financial transactions, record, give receipts and balance cashAssist with sales and accounting paperwork when requiredAdministrative duties (photocopying, faxing, filing)RequirementPrevious experience as Receptionist or Administrative Assistant and working on the phoneMust demonstrate excellent customer service skillExcellent Communication skills.



Bilingualism is a strong asset.Work hoursMonday to Friday- 8:00am to 5:00pmPay$20 per hourS.
