As the Shop Foreman, you will hold a Red Seal Truck Transport or Heavy Equipment Technician certification. Your responsibilities include evaluating breakdown urgencies and providing hands-on support for diagnostics while coordinating efforts between technicians and field personnel to facilitate efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assign work orders based on breakdown urgency
• Communicate effectively between shop technicians and field workers
• Deliver diagnosis support and training to mechanics
Requirements:
• Valid Red Seal certification in heavy equipment repair
• Class 5 driver’s license required
• Ability to prioritize and adapt workflows under pressure
• Strong communication skills essential for team coordination
• Knowledge of mechanics as a beneficial asset
