Key Responsibilities:
• Lead rigging for complex events with multiple points
• Conduct safety inspections and equipment checks
• Collaborate with venues for equipment preparation
• Assist with training and compliance activities
• Provide client support as needed for event success
Requirements:
• 3000+ hours of rigging experience required
• Rigging certification (ETCP or equivalent)
• Experience supervising rigging teams
• Strong knowledge of load calculations
• Ground Rigging and Lift certifications
