You should have strong diagnostic skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to operate both manual and automatic vehicles. Your role as a Subaru Service Technician involves ensuring safety and reliability while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair vehicles according to dealership standards
• Conduct thorough inspections with accurate documentation
• Communicate mechanical issues and solutions to the Service team




• Partner with Service Advisors on repair timelines
• Perform road tests and pre-delivery inspections on all vehicles
Requirements:
• Red Seal Certification or in progress
• Valid Manitoba Driver's license with satisfactory abstract
• Previous automotive technician experience required
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Capability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods
