Key Responsibilities:
• Implement human factors program plans in line with industry regulations • Analyze user needs and perform usability testing • Facilitate training needs and conduct workload assessments • Engage in human-system interface design projects • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and quality deliverables
Requirements: • 4-year degree in Engineering or related field • 3-5 years of human factors experience in nuclear or hazardous industries • Human Factors certification or ability to attain • Strong project management and communication skills • Ability to travel and obtain required security clearance
