ensuring these opportunities are matched to resident abilitiesProvide leadership and support to all team members to promote opportunities for meaningful resident engagementFoster partnerships with families and within the community to enhance resident engagement opportunitiesComplete assessments and all required documentation and participate in quality improvement processesWhat you will need:Post-secondary degree or diploma in recreation and leisure studies, therapeutic recreation or other related field, or current enrollment in one of these programs with an expected graduation date within the next three yearsA passion for working with seniors and a desire to improve their lives through meaningful engagementExcellent communication, organization, and computer skillsProvincial certification for safe food handlingRelated experience, preferably in Long Term CareCurrent First Aid Certificate will be an assetSalary Range: $24.08 - $24.46 per hourSalary placement based on qualifications and experience.This job posting is for an active, open position, and all applications are reviewed by our team without the use of artificial intelligence (AI).
