• Respond to property management inquiries regarding accounting
• Engage in the annual budget process and year-end reconciliations
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
• Knowledge of property management is advantageous
• Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi
• Accountable and ownership-driven attitude
