Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure customer satisfaction with every engagement
• Assist customers with product information and selections




• Manage product shipments and display organization
• Conduct cash handling and till balancing responsibilities
• Follow health and safety regulations diligently
Requirements:
• 2 years of customer service experience required
• Smart Serve Certification is a must
• Experience with POS systems preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Willingness to work flexible schedule
