CDL-A Dry Van Truck Driver - OTR H&M; Trucking is hiring experienced, safety-focused CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van freight. We offer consistent miles, competitive CPM, late-model equipment, and a full benefits package. If you're a qualified driver who takes pride in doing the job right. * Responsibilities* * Safely operate a CDL-A CMV in compliance with FMCSA regulations * Transport dry van freight OTR with on-time performance * Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections * Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation * Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers * Follow all company safety policies and procedures *Pay & Bonuses* * Starting at $0.60 CPM * $0.05 CPM for Hazmat loaded miles * Up to $0.04 CPM monthly bonus * Weekly pay * Detention, layover, breakdown & weather delay pay * Annual raises (½ cent per year) * Anniversary Pay : * 1-3 years : $850 * 4-5 years : $1,700 * 6+ years : $2,550 * $225 for major holidays (if out)
