Job Summary:
As an Electrician with Central Electrical Solutions, you will be performing electrical installation of residential and light commercial projects. The ideal candidate is someone who has a keen interest in the electrical field, can work at various heights, and can lift 50+lbs, all while ensuring they and others are always working safely.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Interpret drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts.
- Install brackets, hangers, and lighting fixtures.
- Splice, join, and connect wires to form circuits.
- Test circuit continuity using appropriate equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic systems.
- Connect power to communication equipment and HVAC systems.
- Maintain material inventory during jobs.
- Follow health and safety policies diligently.
- Be willing to work occasional overtime, evenings, and weekends.
- Punctuality is essential.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Red Seal Construction Electrical Certificate
- Detail-oriented
- Friendly and Adaptable
- Familiar with basic technology.
- Valid driver’s license (Class 5)
Salary:
$30.00-$40.00/per hour based on experience. Wages are adjusted annually based on performance and inflation.
