Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct preventive HVAC maintenance and repairs • Address service calls and emergency maintenance • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues • Perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks • Maintain detailed maintenance records and reports

Requirements: • Completion of Grade 12 and technical training • In-depth knowledge of HVAC and building maintenance • Ability to interpret blueprints and plans • Robust communication and judgment skills • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License for BC
