Base pay range: CA$60,000.00/yr - CA$70,000.00/yr Responsibilities Support the General Manager with profitability of the store. Utilize Earls’ selection, development and recognition programs. Own all front‑of‑house routines, systems and procedures. Improve results by developing action plans with leadership team. Achieve flawless operations by developing and executing an annual business plan with the General Manager. Qualifications At least 2 years experience in a similar role. Passion for service and desire to pursue a career in hospitality. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
