This pivotal role under the VP of Regulatory Affairs requires a Bachelor's degree in Science and 3-5 years of Quality Assurance experience. You will ensure adherence to GMP, manage customer complaints, and drive improvements in the Quality Management System (QMS). Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate batch releases meeting Health Canada regulations
• Support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
• Manage product investigations, CAPAs, and customer complaints




• Maintain compliance activities, supplier reviews, and quality documentation
• Prepare product registrations for health and cosmetic products
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Science or related field
• 3-5 years of Quality Assurance in regulated industries
• Solid knowledge of GMP and Health Canada regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in documentation management and computer systems
