Key Responsibilities:
• Perform painting, drywall repair, and light bulb replacement
• Conduct preventive maintenance and keep thorough records




• Test and repair plumbing and electrical components
• Respond swiftly to building emergencies and maintain safety
• Store tools and equipment in an orderly manner
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Two years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Valid Alberta Driver’s License required
• Forklift and Manlift experience an asset
• Ability to lift and carry up to 22kgs
