As a Planner/Scheduler, you will ensure that projects are well-planned and executed safely and efficiently. Collaborating closely with Site Managers and project teams, you’ll monitor and analyze schedules to meet deadlines. You'll also mentor junior staff, improve planning processes, and ensure the availability of materials for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and analyze project schedules with Site Managers
• Manage outside services and administrative tasks effectively
• Mentor junior schedulers and deliver project reports




• Recommend improvements to planning processes for safety
• Oversee project initiation and contractor schedule reviews
Requirements:
• 5+ years of industrial scheduling experience
• Proficiency in MS Projects and/or Primavera
• Robust communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to interpret regulations and policies
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
