Including first article approval and full industrialization to reach targeted financial and quality metrics as per design.By coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure successful product launches that meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. Key responsibilities include leading project planning, communicating with stakeholders and senior management, resolving issues, driving design for manufacturability (DFM), and working with production partners and the supply chain.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCNC Programming of all the Machining Operations using innovative techniques to guarantee a lights out process (closed doors)Process Development & Validation: develop, innovate, and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring they are validated and compliant with regulatory and quality requirementsCross-Functional Team Leadership: lead and coordinate teams across design, engineering, quality assurance, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth product introductionsProject & Budget Management: set project timelines and budgets, manage project financial expenditures, and request funding for capital equipmentTechnical Oversight: provide technical leadership for manufacturing aspects of new products, including during quotations, ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectivenessRisk Management: conduct risk assessments, develop contingency plans, and resolve technical issues to prevent project delaysContinuous Improvement: implement quality and efficiency measures such as Lean and Six Sigma, and provide training on new equipment and processesStakeholder Communication: communicate with management and stakeholders to provide project updates and manage expectationsTechnology Transition:
