In this role, you’ll serve as the friendly face of Rhapsody. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries, overseeing resident events, and ensuring security presence. Requirements: • High School diploma or GED necessary • 2+ years in high-end customer service preferred • Knowledge of local area is an asset • Availability for rotating shift work required • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
