Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare presentation materials for business initiatives
• Conduct in-depth market and industry research
• Develop lists of potential buyers for acquisitions




• Help draft critical marketing documentation
• Engage in financial modeling and analysis when needed
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary business program
• Strong desire to learn about Mergers and Acquisitions
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
