Saskatoon Public Schools is seeking dedicated Educational Assistants for full time, part-time, and casual positions. You will work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to meet goals outlined in Individualized Program Plans (IPP) and support students with intensive needs. This can include personal care tasks as well as implementing behavior intervention strategies to foster positive learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:



• Assist students with personal hygiene and mobility needs • Model and promote positive behavior interventions • Support communication skills development for students • Supervise students during non-instructional times • Collect observational data to aid instructional planning

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in special education preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Professional Assault Response training beneficial • First Aid, CPR, and AED training is an asset • Ability to manage physical demands and behaviors
