Insight Global is seeking a Site Director, Manufacturing to lead the Etobicoke pharmaceutical site and drive immediate operational impact while preparing for broader VP-level responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in pharma manufacturing, deep solid-dose experience, and a track record of leading multi-functional teams across production, packaging, QA/QC, engineering and supply chain. Budget responsibility around $30 million and a 200–300 employee site are expected.
