Shape the future of Food & Beverage as a Staff Project Engineer at Burns & McDonnell in Toronto, Ontario. Lead and coordinate complex projects while ensuring technical excellence and safety compliance.

In this critical role, you will support diverse engineering design efforts for both Design-only and Design-Build/EPC projects. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will be instrumental in project execution, contributing to planning, design, technical decisions, and coordination across various functions. Your expertise will help meet client expectations and uphold industry standards within the Food & Beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities:



• Direct overall engineering design efforts for multiple projects • Develop man-hour budgets and work breakdown structures • Conduct quality reviews of engineering deliverables • Prepare project cost estimates and change orders • Maintain client communication through reports and meetings

Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 3 years experience • Robust communication and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented with proficient computer skills • EIT Certification preferred; PE License beneficial • Ability to manage schedules and budgets
