This Team Lead role involves operating a sheet extrusion line within a agile production team. Candidates with prior experience in plastics extrusion, automation, and leadership are preferred. You'll manage all aspects of machinery operation, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and set up extrusion machinery safely and efficiently
• Initiate and control production lines including extruders and winders
• Feed resin materials and operate auxiliary equipment effectively




• Change tapes and handle fabric rolls with cranes
• Shutdown production lines and manage cooling temperatures
Requirements:
• Experience in plastics extrusion or automation equipment
• Preferred secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Background in the Plastics/Automotive industry desired
• Familiarity with lift truck and overhead crane operation
• Leadership and supervisory experience is a plus
