Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct detailed investigations of policy-violating content • Review user appeals and document decisions accurately • Identify recent fraud trends and assist preventive actions • Collaborate to resolve high-risk cases • Maintain records in compliance with investigative procedures

Requirements: • Minimum 6 months in relevant fields like Cybersecurity • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to handle sensitive content • High School Diploma or equivalent • Ability to work evenings and weekends
