MOSAIC is seeking an Employment Counsellor in New Westminster, BC to deliver full WorkBC career development services for newcomers. You will assess eligibility, perform needs assessments, and build action plans with clients to advance employment readiness and job search success.
You will work with diverse clients, collaborate with partners, and employ strong communication and organizational skills to bridge barriers to employment. The role is full time with a fixed term through March 31, 2027.
