In this pivotal role, you'll report directly to the Head of Process Development. You will engage in conceptualizing and implementing complex fluidic systems and automated workflows while improving process risk management. Contributing to regenerative medicine, your expertise will be integral to achieving functional cures.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead design of fluidic systems and bioreactor scaling • Ensure integration of cell therapy into final devices • Conduct process risk assessments like FMEA and PHA • Develop mathematical models to define critical parameters • Mentor team members to foster technical excellence

Requirements: • M.S. or Ph.D. in relevant fields with 6-8+ years experience • Hands-on biomanufacturing process development expertise • Familiarity with Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) • Direct experience in technology transfer processes • Strong analytical and communication skills
