and SteerCo materialsPresent project status and recommendations to senior leadershipSupport decision-making through clear analysis and communicationPartner with change and communication teams to support adoption and readiness activitiesEnsure stakeholders are prepared for upcoming releases and system changesSupport transition to operational teams and post-deployment stabilizationExperience & Qualification Requirements:Bachelors in Learning, HR, Business, Technology degree required7+ years of project management experience requiredPMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe experienceLarge-scale enterprise system/technology implementations or upgrades involving configuration, data migration, testing, and deploymentWorking within Learning & Development, Human Resources, Talent, Workforce Enablement, or related functionsManaging third-party implementation partnersManaging multiple workstreams with complex dependenciesNavigating complex stakeholder environments with executive governance and a Steering CommitteeExperience leading LMS implementation, upgrade, data migration, and modernization initiativesExperience with deploying Workday Learning, SumTotal, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Degreed, EdCast, Sana, or similar learning platformsExperience with HRIS or Talent platformsExperience supporting bilingual or multilingual implementationsExperience working within regulated or compliance-driven environmentsLearning analytics and reportingBackground screening is required as part of the onboarding process.
