Job Description

Must have Skills:

- Proven experience in End to End test automation using both UFT and Selenium
- Experience in developing automation framework using Selenium from scratch (must)
- Experience in Core Java and Java Scripting
- Experience in implementing enterprise test automation
- Expertise in test automation architecture, framework design & development and scripting
- Expertise in integrating test automation tools with test management tools (e.g. Selenium with HP ALM)




- Expertise in automation feasibility and ROI analysis
- Experience in defining test automation status reporting and metrics
- Hands on experience in database and SQL queries
- Good understanding of TEM and TDM
- Experience in automation tool selection
- Positive understanding of SDLC (waterfall, agile and DevOps), STLC, test automation processes and quality metrics
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Industry Experience:

- 10+ Years of experience in test automation, least 4+ years as test automation architect, 4+ Years in Selenium, 2+ Years in UFT, 3+ Years in Core Java
- Insurance Business Knowledge
