The role requires driving the analysis of nuclear equipment with a team of engineers experienced in thermal-hydraulic and structural qualifications. You will ensure that all engineering outputs meet regulatory and customer specifications. You’ll also help in staffing, budget management, and project scheduling, crucial for continuous improvement in our engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities:



• Mentor engineers and oversee qualification activities • Develop manpower planning for engineering projects • Review and approve engineering reports and studies • Prepare schedules and coordinate project deliverables • Support proposal development with engineering insights

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with P.Eng. status • 7-10 years in a leadership role in engineering • Familiarity with nuclear design and quality assurance • Robust mathematical and structural analysis expertise • Effective communication and planning abilities
