Hiring, training and managing the brigade’s schedules
Daily inspection and rigorous application of MAPAQ standards
Implementing kitchen policies and procedures
Preparing budgets and controlling costs
Managing orders, inventory and supply
5 to 8 years of kitchen experience, including significant experience in supervision and management
~ Proficiency in English is required due to regular interactions with an international clientele
