If you're passionate about innovation and ready for what's next, we'd love for you to join us!As an integral part of the Direct Travel North America Leisure Sales Management Team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, while supporting Direct Travel Leisure, the team, and our preferred partner objectives.This role will oversee one of four specialized sales teams, each aligned with a distinct advisor growth path: Tours, Cruise, Hotels & Resorts, and Active & Adventure.You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team and Virtuoso to strengthen brand visibility and engagement across your teams. This position works in partnership with fellow Leisure Sales Managers and reports directly to the Director of Leisure Sales.This is a remote position, and applicants who are legally authorized to work in the US or Canada are welcome to apply.Expedition ExpectationsManaging, mentoring and coaching staff advisors, branch supervisors and branch managers within the team to ensure that all quality and service standards are metResponsible for ensuring that standard operating processes and procedures are adhered to. This includes GDS script usage,



CB+ ResCard and invoicing standards and CB+ Marketing coding standardsWork with Direct Travel's Marketing team to optimize lead generation programs to grow business within each team and to effectively market travel opportunities to new and current clientsAssist in coordination of scheduling for regional offices with backup procedure if necessaryEnsure employees are compliant with all company policies and processesEnsure customer service standards per Direct Travel's policy manualWork directly with Advisors on any error issues to resolve while keeping the management team informedProvide ongoing training support to regional advisors and teams with a particular focus on sales growth and strategic partnershipsParticipate in all Management meetings, Virtuoso events when requiredEscalate issues to the next level of management as necessaryMaintains and promotes professional and courteous client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to telephone and email communications.Organize and participate in local/regional events to promote travel, drive leads, and close salesCollaborate with Operations to optimize processes and efficiencies with a focus on travel advisorsPassport to SuccessMinimum 8 years travel agency experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office SoftwareGDS Experience an assetAbility to demonstrate leadership along with personal and organizational integrityThe capability of working in a team environment supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects, and taking on additional responsibilityEffective oral and written communications skillsMust be legally authorized to work in the US or Canada and have unrestricted work authorization.Going the Extra MileTravel to Regional offices within North America as neededAction-focused,
