As a Home Care Attendant with the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority, you'll work under the guidance of the Home Care Resource Coordinator. This role focuses on providing essential personal and supportive care consistent with care plans and program standards. You'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to health care within the community.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide personal care and support to clients daily • Follow care plans while ensuring client comfort and privacy • Communicate effectively with clients and health team members • Maintain a protected environment and promote client independence • Document care provided and address clients’ needs

Requirements: • Certificate in Health Care Aide Course required • Previous experience with elderly or infirm clients preferred • Strong organizational and communication skills needed • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access • Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
